APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES.

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The maximum liability for CostumeZone.com ® for any dispute relating in any way to a purchase that you made (or attempted) during your visit to CostumeZone.com ® shall be limited to the total cost of the purchase price plus applicable shipping charges (and sales tax if applicable) actually paid by the claimant. CostumeZone.com ® may tender such amount in full satisfaction of any claim regarding such merchandise. Such tender shall resolve all matters in dispute between CostumeZone.com ® and the claimant.
