| WE USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 48 HOURS. |
Our goal is to process each and every order for in stock merchandise on the business day following the day you make your order. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not have Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Additionally, we cannot ship to P. O. Boxes. We pledge to get your order on the way to you faster than any other online costume store.

| WE SHIP FROM BOTH COASTS. |
We have three facilities to ship to get your order to you, Durham, North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; Wisconsin and California.
- First, we examine your order and determine which of our locations has the merchandise to send your complete order.
- Second, we determine which of our locations with the ordered merchandise is closest to you.
- Third, we assemble your order and get it out the door and on the way to you; all on the next business day. (Except During the Halloween Season, when it takes a little longer. See Above

| When the rates for Insured Shipping are quoted above, this refers to CostumeZone.com ® self insuring the shipping, rather than purchasing insurance on the shipping from UPS or some other source.

| DELIVERY TIME TABLE. |
CostumeZone.com ® follows the following procedure when determining the location from where your order will be shipped.
First, CostumeZone.com determines where the merchandise is available to fill your order. If the merchandise is available in each of our distribution facilities, then we ship from the distribution facilitiy closest to you. Otherwise, we ship from the distribution facility where we have the merchandise available to ship to you. We try to get your order filled and out the door as soon as possible.

| BILLING ADDRESS MATCHES CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. |
| For your protection, the billing address on your order must match the billing address that your credit card company has on file for you. This helps make sure that you are the only one using your credit card.

| USE OF TRACKING NUMBERS. |
| One of the primary reasons that CostumeZone.com ® uses UPS is because of its great tracking number system. Each package is given an individual number and can be tracked across the country from our house to yours.

| NO SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. |
| Since CostumeZone.com ® will only ship your package after checking to make sure that the billing address that you input matches the billing address that your credit card company has on file for you and UPS's tracking system is so reliable, we generally do not require that someone at your house sign for the package. However, if anyone is at home, UPS should still ask for their signature. If UPS's records show delivery of the package to the address that you put in with your order, the order is deemed to be delivered.
