RETURN POLICY NOTIFICATION ON EACH ITEM.

On each item there will be a NOTIFICATION of the Return Policy in effect for the item. There are basically four (4) different policies regarding returns, which are the Normal Return Policy, Normal Party Supplies Return Policy, No Returns This Item, and a 25% Restocking Fee. There will be a box on each item that looks like:

Unfortunately, you do not get to choose Return Status. Only one option appears in this box, but it is the option that applies to the item that you have chosen.

NORMAL RETURN POLICY.

Our Mission at CostumeZone.com ® is to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, our Normal Return Policy is to accept returns of items as long as:
1. The Item is in a clean unworn, unused & resellable condition;
2. The item is complete and in the original packaging;
3. The item is NOT marked No Returns On This Item; and
4. You request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 14 days of the day the item was shipped to you; and
5. We receive the item within 21 days of the day that the item was shipped to you; and
6. It is not inside of one of the Seasonal Return Black Out Periods (below) for returns of a seasonal items; and
7. You pay the shipping cost to return the item.
The cost of shipping the merchandise to you is not refundable.
The Normal Return Policy applies to the majority of the costumes and items at CostumeZone.com ®. In the event that a Return Policy does not appear on the screen next to an item, it is understood that the Normal Return Policy Applies to that item.

NORMAL PARTY SUPPLIES RETURN POLICY.

The Normal PARTY SUPPLIES RETURN Policy includes all of the terms of the Normal Return Policy, plus the following:
1. Most Party Supplies are wrapped in celophane, so the celophane wrapper must be intact to be considered to be in resellable condition;
2. Party Supply Items that are a collection of other party supplies (ie. Party Kits, etc.) are not returnable;
3. Balloons are not returnable.

EXCEPTION - SEASONAL RETURN BLACK OUT PERIODS.

Seasonal Items may not be returned and RMA numbers will not be issued for Seasonal Items during the period of time beginning 7 days before the holiday and ending 14 days after the holiday. This is part of the Normal Return Policy. All items (except for Christmas items) are also considered to be seasonal for Halloween.

NO ITEM MAY BE RETURNED AND RMA NUMBERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED BETWEEN OCTOBER 15th AND NOVEMBER 5th (of each year).

EXCEPTION - NO RETURNS ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

There are certain items for which there will not be any returns or refunds. These items include:

Costumes and Costume Related Items

Masks
Make Up
Wigs
Hats
Lingerie
Undergarments
Special Orders Items
Discounted or Sale Items
Discontinued Items
Any other Item Marked No Returns
Party Supplies

Deluxe Party Kits With Party Favors
Deluxe Party Kits
Standard Party Kits
Additional Guest Place Settings
All Balloons
All Hats, Tiaras and Any Headwear
Any other Item Marked No Returns

EXCEPTION - RESTOCKING FEE ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

There are certain items, usually larger props and decorations, for which there may be a restocking fee. This policy only applies to a few items at CostumeZone.com ®.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUIRED.

For any item that you wish to return, a Returned Merchandise Authorization is required. This can be received by contacting us. Items without an RMA will not be accepted. All products returned must also be returned via a courier service that requires a signed receipt upon delivery or confirms delivery.

NO EXCHANGES - RETURN & REORDER.

Rather than have exchanges, we allow you to get an RMA number and the same day order the new/replacement item in the same manner that you ordered the first item. This means that there will temporarily be two charges on your credit card, but the credit will be posted as soon as the item is returned and inspected.
