Our Mission at CostumeZone.com ® is to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, our Normal Return Policy is to accept returns of items as long as:
The Item is in a clean unworn, unused & resellable condition;
The item is complete and in the original packaging;
The item is NOT marked No Returns On This Item; and
You request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 14 days of the day the item was shipped to you; and
We receive the item within 21 days of the day that the item was shipped to you; and
The cost of shipping the merchandise to you is not refundable.
The Normal Return Policy applies to the majority of the costumes and items at CostumeZone.com ®. In the event that a Return Policy does not appear on the screen next to an item, it is understood that the Normal Return Policy Applies to that item.
Seasonal Items may not be returned and RMA numbers will not be issued for Seasonal Items during the period of time beginning 7 days before the holiday and ending 14 days after the holiday. This is part of the Normal Return Policy. All items (except for Christmas items) are also considered to be seasonal for Halloween.
NO ITEM MAY BE RETURNED AND RMA NUMBERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED BETWEEN OCTOBER 15th AND NOVEMBER 5th (of each year).
EXCEPTION - NO RETURNS ON CERTAIN ITEMS.

There are certain items, usually larger props and decorations, for which there may be a restocking fee. This policy only applies to a few items at CostumeZone.com ®.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)REQUIRED.
For any item that you wish to return, a Returned Merchandise Authorization is required. This can be received by contacting us. Items without an RMA will not be accepted. All products returned must also be returned via a courier service that requires a signed receipt upon delivery or confirms delivery.
Rather than have exchanges, we allow you to get an RMA number and the same day order the new/replacement item in the same manner that you ordered the first item. This means that there will temporarily be two charges on your credit card, but the credit will be posted as soon as the item is returned and inspected.
