How Does CostumeZone.com ® Work?.

STEP #1 - ASK YOURSELF => "whatdoyouwannabe?" ®.

Just before entering any costume store, ask yourself "whatdoyouwannabe? ®". If you know the answer, the process is simple because we have your costume.  With one of the largest selection of costumes online, we are sure to have your costume. STEP #2 - CHOOSE A ZONE.

The central part of CostumeZone.com is the Zone Concept.  This trademarked concept allows you to enter into the portion of our online store that most interests you.  If after asking yourself "whatdoyouwannabe? ®", you do not know exactly for which costume you are looking, simply pass your mouse over one of our trademarked Zone Signs at the top of each page. STEP #3 - CHOOSE A CATEGORY OR COSTUME WITHIN A ZONE OR perform a "whatdoyouwannabe? ®" Search.

Once you have chosen a Zone with your mouse, a window will pop up on your screen and allow you to scroll through the Zone. From there you can choose a category (i.e. Adult Costumes or Children's Costumes, etc.) The choice will light up as your mouse passes over it. Simply click on your choice and go directly to costumes that will fit you. Alternatively, you can simply enter the Zone, by clicking on the Zone name at the top of the box. If, when you ask yourself "whatdoyouwannabe? ®", you already know, then simply insert your choice into the "whatdoyouwannabe? ®" search engine. Anytime you see the trademark "whatdoyouwannabe? ®", you can click on it to perform a search for your perfect costume. STEP #4 - Return Status

Once you have performed a "whatdoyouwannabe? ®" search or entered a category in a Zone, then a list of related items will appear on the screen. You may click on Item Name or Thumbnail Picture to see a bigger picture and receive more information on the product and available accessories. Before hitting the  button, you will see the return policy that applies to the item. Only the choice applicable to that costume will appear in the box.  Here is an example of the Return Status or an item.            Return Status: Normal Refund Policy AppliesNo Refunds On This Item25% Restocking Fee Applies Unfortunately, you do not get to choose Return Status.  Only one option appears in this box, but it is the option that applies to the item that you have chosen.  See additional information on our Return/Exchange Policy. | /\ BACK TO TOP /\ |

STEP #5 - "ADD TO CART" and "VIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART".

Once you have made your costume selection click on the "BUY" Button and it then gets added to your Shopping Cart on the right hand side of the screen. If you are ready to Check Out, then review your order and click on the "CHECK OUT" Button.  If you have other items that you wish to add to your shopping cart, then continue shopping, repeating the above steps. | /\ BACK TO TOP /\ |

STEP #6 - "CHECK OUT" .

If you chose the "CHECK OUT" Button, then the next step is to enter your Shipping Information.  Please note that the Billing Address must be the same address as the Billing Address for your credit card.  You will then choose the "CONTINUE" Button to proceed to the Secure Server to enter your credit card information. | /\ BACK TO TOP /\ |

STEP #7 - CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD.

You will be given the choice of Shipping Method. The Shipping Cost varies depending on the amount of your order and whether you desire to have the shipment insured. Please review the Costume Zone ® Shipping and Delivery Policies. STEP #8 - READ THE COSTUME ZONE® POLICIES.

Before you complete your order you should familiarize yourself with the Costume Zone ® Policies and Procedures (SEE Legal Mumbo Jumbo Menu to the Left).  By completing the order, you are agreeing to the Costume Zone ® Policies and Procedures. | /\ BACK TO TOP /\ |

STEP #9 - ENTER SECURE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

Once the Secure Server connection is complete, you will then enter your credit card number and billing address.  Please remember that the Billing Address must match the Shipping Address for the order to be complete. We take your privacy very seriously and do not want your credit card number to fall into the wrong hands.  Your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted to the Costume Zone ®. You will receive a Receipt by e-mail, confirming your order.  This e-mail is not encrypted and will only contain the last five (5) digits of your credit card. | /\ BACK TO TOP /\ |
